THS, established in 1945 is a privately owned company employing between 55-70 personnel within their own freehold premises of over 20,000 sq ft, with additional premises dedicated to fabrication situated nearby.

THS is registered to BS EN ISO9002 and has particular expertise in the manufacture of low volume, high value precision components. Heavy investment in plant and systems ensures modern methods of production are achieved. Situated near Brighton , these premises have easy access to major shipping ports, motorway networks and international airports.

Utilising a comprehensive range of 20 CNC Machining Centres with a maximum capacity of 2.5 metres THS serves High-Technology Industries, which includes the Semi Conductor, Medical Equipment, Marine, Defence, Vacuum and Power Generation markets. This is fully supported by a Temperature controlled inspection with CMM Capability with a capacity of 1200mm x 1200mm x 1000mm.

THS has full CAD/CAM Programming facilities with production being controlled by the latest MRP Capacity Planning System for J.I.T. delivery requirements. We offer a complete manufacturing/procurement & test of Electro-mechanical / Vacuum assemblies in our Class 10,000 Cleanroom.
