CNC Machining / CAD Programming

Some of the most modern CNC machines are installed at THS which has allowed us to form long term working partnerships with a number of internationally renowned companies. This close involvement has led to a policy of continual re-investment in the latest CNC machining centres and the training of staff to achieve the best in quality and productivity.

High spindle speeds and the ability to machine from 25mm up to 2.5 metres ensure a complete service as a One Stop Manufacturing Shop.

THS place particular emphasis on effective machine layout and dedicated areas for fitting and assembly which ensures workflow is increased creating a Lean Manufacturing environment.

Off line programming with Licom advanced 2½D and 3D with Direct DNC Link to all machines. Other features include the ability to import CAD drawings in all formats & solid & parasolid models.
