THS operates the
latest PC Network Technology running Kewill Micross Manufacturing
software, giving us complete control of material procurement,
traceability and capacity planning. This allows THS to strictly
adhere to exacting quality requirements throughout manufacture,
assembly and testing.
To ensure total
partnership and customer satisfaction, performance is continuously
monitored and contract-manufacturing progress is reported
on a regular basis.
The
Total Service
THS provides
a professional high quality sub-contract engineering service
which encompasses early customer liaison, procurement, manufacturing,
assembly and on time delivery of low volume, high value goods.

Semi-conductor, medical, marine, defence, petrochemical, vacuum,
machine tools, power generation and automotive.
Fabrication
THS has
a dedicated facility for fabrication at their second site
situated close by and undertake MIG ,TIG & ARC Welding, Prototypes,
One offs, Batch production in all types of steels, Aluminium
and Stainless Steels with a 2 Tonne Maximum weight. Our machine
shop fully supports the welding facility for fully machined
fabrications. Support services include Thermal stress relieve
treatment, painting and finishing from approved sub contractors.
In house facilities available include Vibratory Stress Relieving,
NDT (Non destructive testing) encompassing Dye Penetrant flaw
detection and MPI (magnetic particle inspection) Bead and
shot blasting.
